Who we are. EditMyPub is operated by Curtis Stone, Ontario, Canada, who is accountable for personal information under Canada's PIPEDA. Contact: privacy@editmypub.com.

Your files. Uploaded files and converted results are used only to perform the conversion you request. They are deleted automatically 24 hours after upload (if you pay close to that time, we keep them 2 more hours so you can download). For bulk uploads, the converted files are kept until 24 hours after we email you the download link, and your email address is deleted once that email is sent. We do not read, keep, share, or train anything on your documents. To improve conversion quality we keep anonymous statistics about each conversion (page and text-box counts, time taken, how much text had to be adjusted, and the names of fonts the file uses). These contain no text, images or file names from your document.

Payments. Paddle.com is our Merchant of Record. Paddle collects your name, email, and payment details and sends you the receipt; we receive the transaction record (email, country, amount) to provide support and refunds. See Paddle's privacy policy.

Analytics. Cookie-free, aggregate page-view statistics only. No advertising trackers.

Email. We only email you about your purchase. No marketing email unless you opt in.

Breaches. If a breach creates a real risk of significant harm, we will notify you and the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada as the law requires.
