Terms of service and refund policy

Seller. EditMyPub is operated by Curtis Stone, Ontario, Canada. Orders are processed by Paddle.com, our online reseller and Merchant of Record, which handles payments, receipts and returns.

The service. You upload a Microsoft Publisher (.pub) file. We convert it automatically and show you a free watermarked preview. With bulk upload, files are converted without a per-file preview using credits from a pack; files that cannot be converted do not use a credit. If you buy, you can download the converted files (Word, PowerPoint, LibreOffice Draw, PDF and page images) for 24 hours, after which all files are deleted.

Your content. You must have the right to convert the files you upload. You keep all rights to your content. We use it only to perform the conversion.

Quality. Conversion is automatic. Some Publisher features (for example WordArt, tables, text wrapping around pictures, and fonts not installed on your computer) may not convert exactly. That is why you see a preview before paying.

Refunds. Full refund within 30 days of purchase, no questions asked. Reply to your receipt email or contact Paddle.

Liability. The service is provided as is. Keep your original files. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order.

Changes. We may update these terms; the version on this page applies to new orders. Governing law: Ontario, Canada, without limiting any consumer rights you have where you live.
